I bring 18+ years in DoD/Federal roles and 25+ years across government/regulatory projects. I began as an Insulator Apprentice, rose to Nuclear Quality Manager, and later led process, data, and ITSM initiatives with GDIT/GDMS, Cognosante, and Accenture for programs across the Navy, Army, Air Force, DLA, VA Cloud, and DHS. I hold an active U.S. Secret clearance.
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, I build reliable systems - requirements that trace, dashboards that tell the truth, audits that pass, and teams that consistently deliver. I’ve briefed admirals, untangled agile backlogs, and turned “we think” into “we know.”
